ANY-maze can read data from a range of inputs
Generic inputs can be connected to ANY-maze via the purpose-designed AMi-2 family of interfaces. This includes connecting devices such things as:
All these inputs can be read continuously throughout the test with ANY-maze reporting a wealth of data about them.
ANY-maze can also control output devices such as
Outputs can easily be controlled using procedures
ANY-maze procedures provide a deceptively simple way to control what's
happening during a test. Using an intuitive drag-and-drop interface, you
can build procedures to detect when particular situations occur and to
take some action because of them.
This might be, for example, that the animal has pressed a lever a certain number of times within a specific period, in which case it should be rewarded with a pellet.
